4D Automation will publish customized electronic forms for future sales and representation in our catalog.  Design of custom forms will become the sole possession of 4D Automation to use at our discretion.  Design of custom logos is the sole property of the customer but may be displayed on our web site as examples of previous services rendered.

4D Automation reserves the right to refuse work on any order.  If refused, materials and payment will be returned to sender by mail. 

We do not support Word Perfect or Lotus applications at the present time.

Delivery

Most stock items are delivered by e-mail within 3 business days.   However, please allow 8 business days after receipt of payment for delivery of stock items. 

Please allow 4-6 weeks after receipt of payment for delivery of orders of custom forms, icons or logos unless otherwise notified by e-mail.  Cost of customization is to be pre-paid before work will commence. 

All finished work will be delivered by e-mail.  If your e-mail does not accept attachments, send $3.50 US Dollars for shipping and handling for each order.  Be sure to fill out address portion of each order form you send.
