Foot Balm
Ingredients:
1 oz kokum butter
1 oz shea butter
1 oz illipe butter
1 oz cocoa butter
1 oz macadamia oil
1 oz sunflower oil
1/2 oz vegetable glycerin
squirt vitamin E
peppermint essential oil
Instructions:
Melt all butters in the top of a double boiler or in a heat proof container placed in boiling water. Turn off heat, let sit heated for 1/2 hour. Add oils & vitamin E. Cool in freezer till the mix becomes opaque and a crust forms. Remove and mix with stick blender or whisks. Once aerated and fluffy, drizzle glycerin while mixing. Blend well and add pepermint essential oil. (30 drops maximum per 8 oz)
